Q: Sometimes during kirtan I start crying. And it’s not tears of joy at all, it’s something more like pain and at that moment I cannot stop it. I don't know what it is, I think that perhaps some negative emotions from the past. I have to go to another room to cry out and then return to kirtan. Before I had such tears only sometimes when was singing bhajans for Lord Nrisimha Dev and I was not thinking about it because was singing to Him only once a year on the Day of His appearance. But now it happens also sometimes during kirtans. I want to ask you why this happens and what can I do to stop it, because I'm not sure it is ok?
